HOW TO VOTE FOR CECE AT THE X-FACTOR USA (FOR PEOPLE OUTSIDE THE US)

3. then go here and make sure it shows you a city from the us it only works when you did step 1 because the software changes your position! try to connect again if it doesnt show you a us city!!
